Most of cement based construction is done in a discontinuous manner generating cold joints leading to cracks. ColdBond is the first nano polymer water based easy to apply polymer which is as strong as concrete and eliminates almost 90% of the potential cracking of cementitious structures, which are mainly caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Ceramic, granite and stone facades are common materials which are bonded by cement mortar and specialized adhesives. The new generation of Zytrol T-55 can be added to the mortar and make it as good as good quality formulated adhesives for large stone format slabs. One can also apply it on the backside of such surfaces, before installation with Zytrol T-55 modified mortar.
